We are a cash practice. If you have PPO, POS or Indemnity health insurance that covers out-of-network chiropractic treatment, we will provide you with a walk out receipt to file for reimbursement. Many of our patients get reimbursed this way. Check with your health insurance carrier about your policy. Care is HSA/FSA eligible.

Initial visits are pre-paid to reserve the time- slot. All intake paperwork must be received before booking the appointment.
