-B.A. in Biology and Pre-Medical Sciences from Hartwick College, 1996 (Magna Cum Laude, Kellogg Scholar)

-Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, 2000 (Magna Cum Laude)

-Certified by the Academy of Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics including Webster Technique for Pregnancy, 2012

 -Studies shamanism and ethnobotanical healing with indigenous healers of USA, Central, and South America, 2004-present

-One year herbal study and apprenticeship with Margi Flint, RH, with ongoing clinical study, 2016-present

-Completed Rosemary Gladstar’s 150 Hour Science and Art of Herbalism, 2021

 

Career History

– Practiced in New York City for 2 years before returning to Gloucester, MA.

– Owned and operated Atlantic Family Chiropractic, PC in Gloucester, MA 2000-2016

– Co-Founder of the original Treetop Yoga Studio and the Cape Ann Healing Center, 2008

 

Current Practice

-Senior Associate at Lydian Chiropractic, Cambridge, MA, 2016-present, specializing in Axial Stability Method® (ASM®)

-Serves as a preceptor for students and new doctors of the ASM® chiropractic technique

-Re-opening a Gloucester practice with an ASM® specialty late summer/early fall 2026

 

Personal Interests

-Former competitor in triathlon, international dory racing, and St Peter’s Fiesta seine boat racing

-Enjoys gig rowing, cold water plunging, hiking, sailing, yoga, and transcendental meditation
