Level 1- Center of Balance/Cervical Triad of Equilibrium: 4 chiropractic treatments (may be started on day of exam if time allows)
Re-Evaluation
Level 2- Center of Gravity/Pelvic Structural Foundation: 5-6 chiropractic treatments (may be started on day of re-eval if time allows)
Level 3- Basic Proprioceptive Mapping of Spine and Extremities: 2-5 chiropractic treatments
Level 4- Functional Position Mapping of Spine and Extremities: 3+ chiropractic treatments
Re-Evaluation and Advanced Treatment Recommendation and Scheduling
Advanced Structural Foundations -as needed
Advanced Immune-as needed
Advanced Hormonal-as needed
Advanced Elimination-as needed
Advanced Digestion-as needed
Advanced Heart/Lung-as needed
*New injuries, bonks to the head, major dental work, active sickness or visceral stress (even when asymptomatic) can add visits to the expected numbers above
Webster Technique for Pregnancy-Treatment plan to be determined
Established patient general wellness and acute issue consults (ear/throat exams, blood pressure checks, health care/practitioner referrals, herb and supplement consultations)- Treatment plan to be determined
Once I evaluate your completed intake form you will be scheduled for the appropriate appointment time and an initial visit estimate provided. After your examination, a treatment plan will be recommended. If time allows, you may receive the first treatment on the day of your exam.
